About the Role
As a Speech Pathologist at Evo Health, you will:
- Provide assessment and intervention services to clients across the NDIS, Aged Care, WorkCover, and CTP sectors.
- Conduct comprehensive communication and swallowing assessments for children, adolescents, and adults.
- Develop individualised, evidence-based therapy plans tailored to each client's goals.
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, carers, educators, and other health professionals to achieve meaningful outcomes.
- Deliver therapy across a variety of settings, including our clinic, homes, schools, preschools, and the community.
- Educate parents, carers, and support networks on communication strategies and skill development.
- Manage your own caseload while maintaining high clinical and professional standards.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation.
- Contribute to community education initiatives and health promotion activities.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A recognised Degree in Speech Pathology.
- Current eligibility for professional registration or membership (where applicable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for delivering person-centred, evidence-based care.
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
