About the role
As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Working closely with Sales, Service, Finance and Suppliers, your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and processing sales deals for accuracy
- Creating sales orders and arranging equipment purchases
- Managing invoicing and documentation
- Liaising with finance companies and internal stakeholders
- Preparing reports and maintaining records
- Assisting with our monthly billing cycle
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with detail, building strong relationships and contributing to team success.

What we're looking for
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Previous administration experience
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive and customer-focused approach
- The ability to build positive working relationships across teams
Experience in sales support, billing, invoicing, inventory management, or order processing would be highly regarded but is not essential.
