About the role:
Design and optimise enterprise content supply chains across planning, creation, production, approval and activation workflows.
Identify opportunities to apply generative AI and automation to improve content operations and marketing effectiveness.
Develop AI-assisted and human-in-the-loop workflows that balance efficiency, quality and governance.
Support the implementation of AI-enabled content production processes across marketing and creative teams.
Partner with strategists, designers, MarTech specialists and engineers to deliver integrated content and experience solutions.
Analyse existing content operations and recommend improvements to processes, technology and governance models.
Contribute to content architecture, taxonomy, metadata and content governance frameworks.
Assist clients in adopting new tools, workflows and AI capabilities through training and enablement programs.
Support workshops, stakeholder engagements and discovery activities focused on content transformation and AI adoption.
Work with content, marketing and experience teams to improve scalability, consistency and operational efficiency.
