Your New Role
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Team Coordinator to support the Fixed Income, Currency & Credit (FICC) team within AustralianSuper's Investments division. Working closely with senior leaders and a broader administration team, you'll play a key role in keeping the team running smoothly by coordinating meetings, travel, events, onboarding and day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building strong stakeholder relationships and providing high-quality support across a dynamic and collaborative team. This role is offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract.
In This Role, You Will:
- Provide high-quality administrative and diary management support to senior leaders.
- Coordinate team meetings, travel arrangements and events across multiple locations.
- Prepare, format and distribute reports, papers and documentation for key meetings and committees.
- Support the onboarding of new team members and assist with team-related activities.
- Act as a key point of contact for the team, responding to queries and providing support where needed.
Build strong working relationships across the Investments business and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

What You’ll Need:
- Previous experience in a Team Coordinator, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar administrative support role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and confident approach.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leaders
- A proactive mindset with sound judgement and the ability to work independently.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
