Your key responsibilities:
Provide policy advice on system priorities and strategies for patients experiencing delayed discharge including intradepartmental and interdepartmental policy priorities.
Provide leadership in policy research, development and presentation of options and recommendations on health service policy priorities.
Identify and advise on current and future strategic challenges and opportunities for health service delivery.

Extensive knowledge of public and health policy matters and experience applying this expertise in a health setting.
Experience in leading and managing strategic policy in a large, complex and decentralised service delivery organisation.
Highly developed interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills at a senior level and experience cultivating productive working relationships, partnerships and teamwork.
