You’ll take ownership of the F&I function, delivering tailored finance and insurance solutions while maintaining exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all finance and insurance processes from application to approval
- Present tailored finance and insurance solutions to customers
- Build strong relationships with lenders and insurance partners
- Work closely with Sales to maximise conversion and customer satisfaction
- Stay up to date with compliance, lender policies, and industry trends
Skills and Experiences:

- Proven experience as a Business Manager / F&I Manager in a dealership
- Strong financial acumen and deal structuring capability
