B.W. Pearson Horse Breaking is a breaking and pre-training facility based in Birregurra, Victoria. We are currently seeking an experienced Equestrian Rider to join our team.
The role involves exercising and schooling breakers and pre-trainers through the final stages of their education. We offer flexible hours, making this an ideal opportunity for a student or an experienced rider looking to fit work around training or competition commitments.
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience riding and schooling equestrian horses
- Confident, balanced riding ability
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A willingness to learn and continue developing their skills
