What you'll be doing
As Marketing and Recruitment Admin Officer, you will keep the day-to-day administration of the BreastScreen NSW program running smoothly while helping encourage participation in breast screening. You will be a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders, combining exceptional customer service with accurate administration and proactive coordination.
Manage telephone, email and face-to-face enquiries with professionalism, empathy and confidentiality
Coordinate invitations, reminders, follow-up calls, mail-outs and communications to support screening participation
Maintain mobile van schedules, clinic information, databases, records and operational reports
Support marketing, recruitment and community engagement activities, including events and stakeholder liaison
Coordinate interpreters, stock, suppliers and reception coverage while managing competing priorities with accuracy
This role is temporary with possibility of extension and is primarily based at Westmead Hospital, with occasional travel to various clinics (Penrith, Castle Hill, Parramatta, Blacktown, Mt Druitt) and community events within Western Sydney, including some weekend attendance as required.

Selection Criteria:
Demonstrated relevant experience in medical administration, marketing, health promotion, customer service or another similar field.
Demonstrated outstanding customer service and administrative skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders from a variety of discipline and cultural backgrounds.
Demonstrated excellent time management, prioritisation and organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and use initiative.
Understanding of the management of patient complaints and patient privacy and confidentiality.
