Outback Splash is looking for energetic, enthusiastic and fun-loving people to join our Team for the 2026/27 summer season!
Spend your summer working at one of Perth’s favourite waterparks - meeting new people, making friends, working outdoors and helping Guests have an awesome day out.

WHICH ROLE IS FOR YOU?
Attractions Attendant - Love being around the action? You’ll supervise our waterslide attractions, help Guests enjoy a safe and fun experience, enforce safety rules and respond to incidents when required. This role is active, outdoors and on your feet, making it perfect for someone energetic, confident, safety-focused and ready to take responsibility.
Admissions Attendant - Be one of the first friendly faces our Guests see! You’ll welcome Guests, assist with ticketing and merchandise sales, answer questions and help create a great first impression. This role is perfect for a friendly, outgoing people-person who enjoys helping others and delivering great service.
Food & Beverage Attendant - Love a busy environment and working with people? You’ll serve food and drinks, take orders, prepare beverages, keep outlets running smoothly and help Guests throughout their visit. This role is ideal for someone energetic, friendly, team-oriented and ready to get stuck in. Applicants must be 18+ and hold or be willing to obtain an RSA.
Kitchen Attendant - Prefer working behind the scenes? You’ll help prepare food and beverages, maintain a clean and organised kitchen and follow food safety requirements. This role suits someone reliable, hardworking, organised and keen to learn in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Good communication and a willingness to work as part of a Team
- Availability for, weekends and public holidays
- Reliable transport to and from Outback Splash
- Minimum availability of four days per week during our peak period (Summer school holidays)
