Supporting the team leader by contributing to operational planning and performance measures including collating and preparing reports, documents and correspondence to customers, clients, management and staff
Manage workloads and tasks, implement internal controls, review processing and service standards and develop User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts and perform and report test results.
Research, investigate and analyse human resource management and payroll processing issues and recommend effective solutions to support payroll and establishment activities.
Maintaining relevant human resource and payroll related policies, entitlements, procedures and business process currency as well as an understanding of our clients' business.
Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and support the implementation of business improvement opportunities and optimise human resource, payroll and establishment services, processes and systems.
