Fixed-term, full-time role for 12 months, earning $142,790 - $191,084 per year, plus super.
What you will do
As manager, organisational design and development, you will lead work that helps the department build a capable, inclusive and future-ready workforce.
You will guide major projects, support leaders and deliver practical solutions that improve how people and teams work.
You will:
-
lead complex organisational design projects from planning through to delivery
-
develop and improve practical frameworks, tools and processes that support organisational development
-
deliver high-quality advice on workforce capability, leadership, team effectiveness and change
-
lead strategic projects, research and analysis that support informed decisions and strong governance
-
build and lead a high-performing team that delivers quality outcomes and continuous improvement.
About you
A tertiary qualification in a relevant field is highly desirable. You should also have strong experience in organisational development or human resources in a large and complex organisation, including leading complex organisational design projects. A sound understanding of government processes is also important.
You should also have:

extensive experience leading organisational design projects in complex environments
-
strong knowledge of government processes and workforce planning
-
excellent thinking, communication and project delivery skills
-
proven ability to build partnerships, lead teams and support positive change.
