About the Role
We are seeking carpenters who take pride in their work, have attention to detail, and are committed to providing customer satisfaction alongside high-quality workmanship. This is a salary position, with full-time Mon-Fri hours including all leave entitlements.

Responsibilities
- First and second fix carpentry duties with the ability to assist with roofing repairs and installation
- Internal fit-outs, installing fixtures, doors, windows, cabinets, skirting & mouldings
- Site measures and calculating required materials.
- Inspect and repair damaged structures and fixtures
- Interpreting documents and drawings to conduct required projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Always adhere to safety guidelines and regulations
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Provide guidance and support to apprentices and less experienced carpenters
- Strong work ethic with an attitude that strengthens our company’s positive culture.
- Competent in using online job management systems (training is provided)
- Welding and fabrication (preferred not essential
- Providing positive customer service & being well-presented.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Carpenter in the construction industry
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- White Card and ability to provide a clear police clearance
- Desirable qualifications are: Working at Heights, First Aid, EWP, Plant Equipment Qualifications
