Reporting directly to the Directors, you will be responsible for identifying, coordinating and submitting high-quality tender responses while ensuring compliance with client requirements and submission deadlines.
This is a hands-on role that requires exceptional organisation, attention to detail and experience navigating government procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor tender portals including Tenders WA, EstimateOne, TenderLink, BidContender, VendorPanel and other relevant procurement platforms.
- Identify suitable tender, RFT, RFQ, RFI and EOI opportunities.
- Review tender documentation and assess project requirements.
- Coordinate information from internal departments including sales, estimating, design, manufacturing and operations.
- Prepare professional, compliant and compelling tender submissions.
- Develop pricing schedules, compliance matrices and supporting documentation.
- Maintain capability statements, project profiles, CVs and tender libraries.
- Manage submission deadlines and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Liaise with councils, government agencies, contractors and consultants during the tender process.
- Track tender outcomes and maintain an opportunity pipeline.
- Assist with post-award documentation, contracts and project handovers.
Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
