What you'll be doing
As the AFMO CAD Administrator, you'll play a key role in maintaining accurate asset information, CAD drawings and maintenance systems that support the effective management of hospital infrastructure across Western Sydney Local Health District. You'll combine technical expertise with strong coordination and systems administration skills to improve asset reliability, compliance and operational performance.

Create, update and maintain AutoCAD drawings, floor plans, as-built documentation and facility space records to organisational standards.

Administer and maintain the AFM Online system, including CAD integration, user management, training, troubleshooting and data integrity.

Manage asset registers, compliance records, contractor documentation and maintenance information to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Coordinate planned preventative maintenance activities, monitor work schedules and support efficient delivery of maintenance services across multiple sites.

Produce reports, undertake space audits and identify opportunities to improve asset management processes, systems and maintenance planning.

How to Apply

Auto CAD Licence and demonstrated experience and knowledge of CAD development, design processes, including but not limited to site measure surveys and developing as-built drawings and relevant associated tertiary qualifications

Current NSW Drivers Licence and willing to drive to sites within Western Sydney Local Health District

Strong and extensive knowledge of Excel in the development of custom solutions and analytics while conversant with all Microsoft Office applications.

A working knowledge and technical understanding of building services and systems.

Strong organisational skills with ability to meet deadlines while managing competing priorities.

Demonstrated systems administrator level knowledge of AFM Online with ability to administer interfacing applications, specifically AutoCAD.

Demonstrated high level of interpersonal, communication and liaison skills coupled with the ability to work effectively in highly interdependent team environment.

Adaptability to a changing work environment, systems and processes with commitment to continually building skills and knowledge.
