About the Role
Working alongside experienced venue leaders, you'll lead from the front, support your team and help deliver exceptional customer experiences in one of Brisbane's most recognised pubs. From weekday lunches to bustling weekends and major events, you'll play an important role in maintaining the high standards and genuine hospitality The Plough Inn is known for.
What You'll Do
- Lead the bar team during busy service periods
- Coach and support team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Maintain high standards of service, presentation and responsible service
- Support stock control, cash handling and daily venue operations
- Create a positive team culture where people enjoy coming to work
- Work closely with venue leaders to deliver smooth day-to-day operations
What We're Looking For
- Minimum two years' experience in a high-volume bar environment
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine and beer
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality
- Confidence leading a team during busy service periods
- Current Queensland RSA
- Availability to work a rotating roster including days, nights, weekends and public holidays
