Skills and experience:

L1-L2 Desktop Support Engineer experience

Experience in IT Support
- Experience in workstation staging, imaging, deployment, and configuration.

Experience troubleshooting local hardware and network patch issues.

Experience in Microsoft environments.

Experience in Aruba network environments, local troubleshooting & patching
-
Experience in Salesforce platforms
- IT Project Management- Project Co-ordination support experience
