Western Tree Recyclers is seeking an experienced and reliable Grinder/ Mulcher Operator
to join our team based in Postans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate horizontal grinding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily pre-start inspections and basic maintenance checks.
- Monitor production and material quality.
- Work closely with site supervisors and other plant operators.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience operating grinding equipment or similar heavy machinery.
- Current driver's licence (HR licence preferred).
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
