Backstaff is an innovator in the auto collision industry providing services and qualified people in the industry to help business keep up with their ever-changing needs. We are actively looking to hire experienced bodyshop estimators to join the team.
The Role:
Comprehensive knowledge of the Automotive Collision Repair Process for Cars and Bikes
Accurately quote vehicles in a timely manner using detailed photos of vehicle body aspects.
Source & manage parts pricing for repairs to ensure accurate pricing
Follow up with customer on-site contacts for additional information or photos required for accurate estimation.
Peer review and provide improvement to other Estimators in the team
Provide exceptional customer experience for our clients to get the maximum value out of each quote
All tasks and responsibilities can be done predominantly from home with minimal requirement to work from the Sydney office.
Skills Required:
· Experience working with quoting package systems like iBodyshop, Audanet or similar
· Exceptional technical knowledge of automotive structure repair and car body parts
· Exceptional knowledge of different manufacturer automotive repair techniques and investigative knowledge of looking up repair procedures.
· Experience with sourcing parts pricing on systems using Partscheck
· A comprehensive understanding of motor vehicle repair techniques
· Well-developed computer skills, excellent organisation, time management and customer service skills
· Self-motivated and organised mindset.
· Great communicator written and verbal
· A team focused mindset
· Your own PC or Laptop and NBN (or similar) Internet connection.
