You will need:
- Minimum Cert Ill industry-related qualifications
- Strong Western cooking experience
- Extensive demonstrated food handling and preparation experience
- To be self-motivated and a strong team player
- A passion for and commitment to great food presentation
- The ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail
- To work quickly and efficiently under pressure
- First-rate inter-personal and communication skills
- Weekend work is required
