We are seeking experienced sales executives with automotive experience; however, we are also open to someone without prior automotive sales experience. If you are applying with no experience, you will learn all aspects of the sales process from our inhouse team on the job.
- All aspects of the car sales process
- Selling the benefits and features of our vehicles to our customer
- Developing and maintaining a high level of knowledge of the Mitsubishi & Mahindra brand/s
- Delivering exceptional customer service while assisting our clients to find the right vehicle
- Achieving individual sales KPI'S – if you are joining us with no experience; you will be trained on our KPI’s and how to reach those KPI’s in order to be a successful sales executive wherever you end up!
- If you have experience in the retail industry or customer facing positions - fantastic! But it’s not a deal breaker - we can train you!
- Prior experience in an automotive sales position will be highly regarded but not essential. We will consider all industries for the right candidate!
- You must have a true passion for the brand/s
- You will be exceptionally well spoken, where customer service is paramount
- You will love establishing and building customer relationships
- You must be comfortable with negotiating
- Current NSW Driver’s License
- Must be able to work weekends & an 11-day fortnight
