Qualified Tennis Coach – Full-Time Opportunity | Woollahra, Sydney
Young Aces Cooper Park Pty Ltd operates a community tennis centre in Sydney, offering
professional tennis coaching, court hire, competitions, school holiday programs, and sporting
activities for children and adults. The company is committed to promoting active participation in
sport and supporting the development of tennis skills within the local community.
This excellent opportunity will be offered on a Permanent Full-Time basis at 38 hours a week.
The successful candidate must have:
* Excellent English skills
* The right to work in Australia
* AQF Certificate II or III in relevant field
* Minimum of 1 years of work experience
* Team management skills
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Strong time management skills
Responsibilities include:
* Coach, train and instruct participants to develop their sporting skills, techniques and
overall performance.
* Assess individual and team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement
appropriate training programs.
* Plan and deliver training sessions, develop game strategies and monitor progress during
practices and competitions.
* Motivate participants and provide ongoing guidance to improve performance and
teamwork.
* Assist with the recruitment and coordination of players, volunteers and coaching staff
where required.
* Organise participant registrations and coordinate entries into sporting competitions and
events.
* Promote sports participation and skill development, particularly among young people and
community groups.
* Officiate sporting activities and ensure games are conducted in accordance with
established rules and regulations.
* Coordinate sporting programs and liaise with officials, clubs and organisations to ensure
compliance with relevant sporting policies and standards.
