An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and culturally responsive Registered Nurse to join the Mootang Tarimi Outreach Program at Lemongrove Campus. The Mootang Tarimi Outreach Program supports Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people through culturally safe, patient centred care and engagement across the healthcare journey. Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, community services, patients, families and carers, you will play a key role in improving health outcomes and reducing barriers to accessing healthcare.
