The Opportunity
As our NSW Sales Executive, you'll manage and grow a portfolio of wholesale fuel customers across the state while identifying new opportunities to expand our footprint.
This is a customer-facing role where you'll spend approximately 2-3 weeks each month travelling, building relationships face-to-face with customers throughout metropolitan and regional NSW. While you'll generally work business hours, some flexibility is required to support customer needs and travel commitments.
Whether you're already an experienced fuel sales professional or bring strong commercial buying or selling experience within the industry, we'll provide an exceptional training program to set you up for long-term success.
What You'll Be Doing
- Grow an established portfolio of wholesale fuel customers
- Develop new business opportunities across NSW
- Negotiate commercial agreements that deliver value for both customers and the business
- Build trusted, long-term customer partnerships
- Identify market trends and commercial opportunities
- Support tender submissions and major commercial projects
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
- Take ownership of your territory and become a recognised leader in the market
About You
You're someone who naturally builds rapport, enjoys being in front of customers and thrives on achieving results.
You'll also bring:
- Experience buying or selling within the fuel industry or similar sector
- Knowledge of import and export markets and/or commercial supplies
- A proven background in B2B sales, business development or key account management
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- A willingness to travel extensively throughout NSW
- Self-motivation, resilience and a genuine drive to grow a business
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
