What You’ll Be Doing:
As Site Manager at Dulux Acratex’s Beverley site, you will lead a high performing, diverse team with a proud history of innovation and customer service. In a period of strong business growth, you will guide the site through its next phase of evolution, balancing flexibility and responsiveness with increasing capacity demands.
You will embed disciplined lean manufacturing practices and deliver targeted capital initiatives to unlock future capability. With a strong people-first mindset, you will coach and empower teams at all levels, fostering a culture of ownership, safety, and continuous improvement where individuals are encouraged to operate the business as if it were their own.
