We are seeking a passionate and person-centred Occupational Therapist to join our Clinical and Allied Health team. In this role, you will deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services that empower people with disability to maximise their independence, participation, and quality of life.
Working closely with participants, families, support workers, and a multidisciplinary team, you will support meaningful outcomes through functional assessment, tailored interventions, and strong collaborative practice—all aligned with our organisational values and the NDIS framework.
In this role, you will:

Conduct functional, environmental, and sensory assessments

Deliver individualised occupational therapy interventions

Complete Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs) and NDIS reports
-
Assess, recommend, and prescribe aids, equipment, and environmental modifications

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records

Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Build strong relationships with participants, families, and support workers
About You

Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
-
Current AHPRA registration
-
Eligibility for NDIS Worker Screening Check

Experience with aids and equipment prescription
-
Strong communication, organisation, and documentation skills

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Commitment to participant‑centred, values‑based practice
