$122,493-$128,694 salary package - includes base salary ($107,921-$113,385), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
As an Employment Advocate – Disability, you will partner with disability employment teams and key stakeholders across TAFE NSW to provide expert advice and support the implementation of workforce strategies and initiatives that enhance staff awareness and capability in disability inclusion. Through this work you will help foster an inclusive workplace for people with disability and neurodivergent employees. You will also provide support to employees with disability across TAFE NSW throughout the employee lifecycle, including offering guidance, advocating for inclusive practices and assisting employees to navigate workplace processes.
About you
To succeed in this role, you will:
- Hold a degree in relevant discipline or have equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
- Have sound understanding of human resources and employment strategies and policy as they relate to people with disability.
- Have proven ability to engage with organisations, communities and individuals to foster strong working relationships.
