About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Domestic Cleaner to join our professional cleaning team.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in doing a job properly, follows established procedures, and enjoys delivering consistently high standards of work.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean private homes to established company standards
- Dust, vacuum, mop and sanitise all areas of the home
- Ensure surfaces, fixtures and living spaces are thoroughly cleaned
- Follow cleaning schedules and procedures accurately
- Maintain high safety and hygiene standards
- Build respectful and professional relationships with clients
- Represent the company professionally at all times
What We're Looking For
We are looking for individuals who are dependable, organised and committed to quality workmanship.
Essential Requirements
- Previous domestic cleaning or similar experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Ability to follow procedures and maintain consistent standards
- Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable CAR and valid driver's licence
- Ability to obtain a Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- and the want to progress through the ranks of the company
