About the Role
We're looking for an energetic and customer-focused Workplace Concierge to deliver an exceptional workplace experience for employees, guests and visitors.
As the face of the workplace, you'll create memorable first impressions while providing a seamless concierge-style service. From welcoming VIP visitors and coordinating meeting spaces to supporting workplace services and events, you'll play a key role in ensuring every interaction is professional, efficient and engaging.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone from a corporate reception or customer service background who thrives in a people-focused environment and enjoys building relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a warm, professional and engaging front-of-house experience
Welcome employees, visitors, contractors and VIP guests
Manage visitor registrations, access passes and security procedures
Coordinate meeting rooms, workplace bookings and event logistics
Support locker, storage and workplace service requests
Liaise with vendors, building management and workplace stakeholders
Conduct workplace floor inspections and report maintenance issues
Coordinate visitor and employee communications
Support workplace events and special activities as required
Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction
About You
Experience in corporate reception, concierge, hospitality, hotel, airline or customer service roles
Professional presentation and communication skills
Strong customer service mindset with a passion for creating positive experiences
Ability to build rapport quickly with a diverse range of stakeholders
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident multitasking and managing competing priorities
Proactive problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
Strong computer skills and confidence working with workplace systems
Completion of Higher School Certificate
