Due to business growth, we are currently hiring an Accounts Receivable Officer based out of our Hamilton Brisbane office, on a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract.
Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor, this is a varied role where you'll play an important part in ensuring resident accounts are accurate, payments are processed correctly, and billing queries are resolved with care and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
Process resident charges, payments and receipts, ensuring accounts remain accurate and up to date
Complete bank reconciliations and resolve payment discrepancies in a timely manner
Maintain resident billing records, statements and account balances
Manage bonds, refunds and account adjustments while partnering with internal stakeholders
Support month-end reporting, system testing and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
Previous Accounts Receivable experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume transactions accurately
Confident using Excel and financial systems (JDE experience highly regarded)
Customer-focused with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities effectively
