Are you a natural closer who thrives on hitting targets? We're looking for a driven sales professional to join our growing team. This role is based in a women's only health club. This position is open to female applicants only.
The role:
- Manage inbound and outbound sales enquiries
- Convert leads into new members through a consultative, high-energy sales approach
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs
- Build and maintain a pipeline, following up proactively, no hand-holding required!
- Represent the brand with professionalism and genuine enthusiasm
This isn't a role where you wait for the leads to walk in - we want someone who creates momentum, drives results, and takes ownership of the sales process from first contact to close.
We're looking for:
- Proven sales experience (any industry)
- Self starter who instinctively knows what to do next, without being told
- Target-driven with a strong understanding of the bottom line
- Confident, resilient, and motivated by commission and performance-based rewards
- Excellent communication and rapport building skills
