About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mobile Phone Technician to join our growing team in the Tarneit area. If you have hands-on experience repairing smartphones and enjoy delivering excellent customer service, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mobile phones (screen replacement, battery replacement, charging ports, cameras, speakers, etc.)
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Perform data transfers and basic software updates
- Provide accurate repair quotes and explain issues clearly to customers
- Maintain clean and organized workspace
- Manage parts inventory and order stock when required
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience repairing smartphones (iPhone, Samsung, and other major brands)
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience with microsoldering (highly regarded but not essential)
