We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Clinic Administration Officer to join our friendly team in Laverton North, VIC on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the clinic, providing exceptional administrative support and creating a positive experience for our clients and patients.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

Welcoming clients and managing reception activities

Performing general administrative and office support duties

Coordinating and processing medical bookings

Managing medical results and associated documentation

Administering health questionnaires and client paperwork

Accurate data entry and record management

Processing invoices and supporting billing activities

Providing exceptional customer service to clients, patients and stakeholders
