We are seeking a Senior Supervisor to lead our Sprayseal operations across Western Australia, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will provide hands-on leadership across Sprayseal projects, mentoring Supervisors and crews, driving best practice, and ensuring compliance with all safety, quality and environmental requirements.

Lead and coordinate Sprayseal operations to ensure safe, productive and high-quality project delivery.

Develop and implement training plans in collaboration with Supervisors, Foremen and operational crews.

Conduct site inspections, risk assessments and workforce capability reviews to identify development opportunities.

Coach and mentor Supervisors and operational personnel on company systems, procedures and best practices.

Ensure compliance with site inductions, SWMS, risk assessments and safety management systems.

Audit sites and toolbox meetings to maintain strong safety and operational standards.

Manage contractor and supplier compliance, including pre-start reviews, documentation checks and worksite inspections.

Verify personnel competencies, licences, permits and qualifications.

Monitor plant and equipment compliance, inspections and maintenance reporting.

Investigate, escalate and follow up hazards, incidents and corrective actions.

Oversee quality documentation, inspections and test plans (ITPs).

Drive environmental compliance and adherence to PPE requirements.

Support workforce performance management and provide operational updates to senior leadership.

Coordinate labour, plant, traffic management and subcontractors to maximise project efficiency and performance.
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Extensive experience supervising Sprayseal, road maintenance or civil construction operations.

Proven ability to lead, coach and develop field-based teams.

Strong understanding of safety, quality and environmental management systems.

Experience managing subcontractors, plant and operational resources.

Excellent planning, communication and problem-solving skills.

Current Construction White Card and relevant industry qualifications.
