Job Description

Step into a pivotal role where you'll oversee all pharmaceutical operations, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and medication management. You'll lead a collaborative team of pharmacy professionals while maintaining regulatory compliance and driving clinical excellence across our busy private hospital environment.

What You'll Do

Provide expert clinical pharmacy services and medication management
Lead and mentor pharmacy staff, fostering professional development
Ensure compliance with TGA, APHRA, and hospital accreditation standards
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Manage inventory, budgets, and operational efficiency
Implement innovative pharmacy practices and quality improvement initiatives

You will have

Registration with AHPRA as a pharmacist
Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Commitment to patient safety and quality care
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
