Freshwater Christian College is seeking a talented Psychology Teacher to join our Secondary School on a part-time basis, up to three days a week for Semester 1 2027, on a contract to cover a staff member on parental leave. Relocation assistance may be available.

The successful candidate will bring a strong knowledge of the Australian Curriculum and pedagogical practice.

Essential criteria:
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications in teaching.
- Queensland College of Teachers Registration (or the ability to obtain).
- Be fully aligned with the values, virtues, and Christian beliefs of Freshwater Christian College.
- Able to affirm the College’s Statement of Faith.
- Able to comply with College policies, procedures, codes of conduct, and training requirements, including those related to work health and safety, risk management, child protection, and confidentiality.
- Able to work with all members of the College community.
- A willingness to assist in extracurricular activities after normal working hours.
- Be legally permitted to work in Australia.
