About the role:
We are seeking an experienced People Insights & Engagement Partner to join our People Team and lead BaptistCare's employee listening and engagement initiatives. In this role, you will design and deliver engagement programs, analyse workforce insights and provide evidence-based recommendations that support organisational decision-making and employee experience outcomes.
Working closely with the General Manager, Organisational Development and leaders across the organisation, you will translate employee feedback and workforce data into meaningful actions that strengthen engagement, organisational effectiveness and performance. This is an exciting opportunity to combine workforce analytics, employee engagement and organisational development within a purpose-driven organisation
About you:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Social Sciences, Business, Analytics or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience designing, delivering or evaluating employee engagement, listening or organisational assessment programs.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative workforce data and translate insights into clear, evidence-based recommendations for leaders.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in a complex environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and continuous improvement capability.
Desirable:
- Experience working with employee listening or engagement survey platforms.
- Experience in project management, organisational development or change initiatives.
- Experience in health, aged care, community services or similarly complex service environments.
- Experience applying organisational development or workforce analytics practices in a complex organisation.
