Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Visa Consultant role located in Brisbane, QLD. The Visa Consultant will provide expert guidance to clients on visa and immigration processes, ensuring compliance with current regulations. Responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their needs, advising on visa options, preparing and submitting visa applications, and liaising with relevant authorities and organizations. The role also requires maintaining accurate documentation and staying up-to-date with immigration laws.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of Immigration Issues and Visa categories
- Excellent Communication and Consulting skills to build strong client relationships
- Proficiency in navigating and managing Immigration procedures and documentation
- Attention to detail and ability to interpret regulations accurately
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex cases and client concerns
- Experience in a similar role or work in the migration or education consultancy field is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Law, International Relations, or a related discipline is preferred
- Relevant certification or accreditation for immigration advisory services is beneficial
We are looking for an experienced counsellor who can assist international students with education pathways, course selection, and student visa applications. Fluency in Punjabi and English is essential to support our growing student market.
