ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT:
- MUST have very good English Speaking and Writing skills
- MUST be fit to walk and be active for 5 to 6 hours per shift
- MUST be good driver in the City CBD roads
- Full and Clean Australian Driver’s License
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Qualification or Studying Disability/Nursing/Social Work/similar OR has equivalent experience
- Working with Children Check (must be employee card, not volunteer)
- First Aid Level 2 (current)
- CPR (current)

We are a Registered NDIS Service Provider servicing all Melbourne Areas. We specialize in Disability Support Worker Services and we strive to make a difference to the Community and its People through our team of dedicated Support Workers.
In this job, you will be working with participants 1-to-1
Please note, we are not a RESIDENTIAL CARE CENTRE/UNIT. You will work at the participant's residence and provide 1-to-1 service.

- Assist with Medical Appointments
- Talking and engaging with participant
- Personal Domestic Activities
