The Role
In this position, you’ll be the first point of contact for IT support across the organisation, helping staff with day-to-day technical issues and ensuring they can work smoothly and efficiently.
You'll focus on providing Level 1 support across devices, Microsoft 365, and core systems. You’ll respond to service requests and incidents, assist with troubleshooting, and support common user issues such as access requests, device setup, and application support. You’ll also manage tickets through the service desk, making sure requests are accurately logged, updated, and resolved or escalated in a timely manner.
You’ll play an important role in onboarding and device management, helping prepare laptops and equipment for new starters, maintaining asset records, and ensuring our ICT environment stays organised and well-managed. Along the way, you’ll build familiarity with processes, systems, and security requirements while developing strong technical foundations.
With supportive and hands on management, you’ll be supported to learn, grow, and build your career in IT. You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of technologies and have opportunities to develop your skills across areas like endpoint management, cloud platforms, and cyber security.
