Help shape and deliver large-scale remediation, claims and complaints programs that improve outcomes for customers across financial services and the public sector.
Thrive in an innovative, collaborative people culture
Mentoring, coaching and leadership programs to help you make an impact that matters
This is a great opportunity to join Deloitte's Regulatory Operations business in a role where you'll lead complex operational programs and help clients improve critical services at scale.
What will your typical day look like?
You'll work across large-scale operational engagements spanning claims, complaints, remediation, grants and regulatory response programs. That could mean helping design a remediation approach for a major insurer, improving complaint handling workflows, or supporting a public sector client to run high-volume claims assessment with quality, speed and fairness at the centre.
Much of your work will sit at the intersection of operations, regulation and customer outcomes. You'll help clients solve messy, high-stakes challenges, using process mapping, data analysis, project delivery and technology to create solutions that are practical, scalable and built to last.
Success in this role comes through variety and collaboration. You'll work closely with specialists across operational excellence, regulation, methodology, quality, project management and technology, while bringing structure and momentum to fast-moving environments where no two projects look quite the same.
About the team
Operate is one of Deloitte's core transformation pillars, focused on running, maintaining and enhancing critical client services on an ongoing basis. Within this team, you'll be part of a group known for tackling complex operational processing challenges across financial services and government, with deep capability in claims, complaints, remediation, regulatory advisory and workflow operations. The work is hands-on, large-scale and grounded in helping organisations deliver fairer, smoother experiences for the people who rely on them.
Enough about us, let's talk about you
You may have all or some of the following skills/experiences:
5+ years' experience in financial services across areas like banking, insurance, superannuation, investments, lending or credit
Experience delivering or supporting large-scale operational projects, investigations or remediation reviews
Strong operational problem-solving skills, including process mapping, data analysis and operational technology capability
Confidence working through change and ambiguity in fast-evolving delivery environments
The ability to balance quality, risk and customer outcomes when solving complex operational challenges
A proactive, self-starting approach and a genuine interest in building better solutions for clients
Experience in claims, complaints, remediation or regulatory programs would be highly regarded
