Do you have hands-on experience operating plant machinery in the civil construction industry? We’re seeking a motivated and reliable Plant Operator / Truck Driver to join our Plant and Resources team.
In this role, you’ll operate various plant equipment, assist with road building labouring duties as needed, and perform pre-start checks while maintaining a strong commitment to safety.

This position requires the completion of a satisfactory Criminal History Check - Police Certificate (Australia Wide Name Only Police Check).
What we are looking for
- Hold a Construction Industry Induction (White Card)
- Must hold a valid HR (Heavy Rigid) licence or higher, with ability to operate a crash box transmission, or willingness to undertake training.
- Extensive experience in the operation and maintenance of trucks, preferably in the civil construction industry.
- Must be capable of working harmoniously and productively in a diverse and multi skilled work team.
- A positive demeanour with a customer focused attitude.

Application Criteria
- Hold a current HR Class Licence or higher (unrestricted, with Crash box preferred) and demonstrate experience operating plant machinery and trucks within a civil construction environment.
