- Lead from the front and bring The Search to life in everything you do
- Build a tight, motivated crew that shows up with energy every shift
- Create a store environment people want to be part of — not just shop in
- Drive results while keeping the experience real, easy, and on-brand
- Own the vibe, the day-to-day flow, and how the store shows up
