Your Role
This position provides a clear path for long-term career growth, with the opportunity to work closely alongside experienced Partners committed to mentoring and developing future leaders. You will gain hands-on exposure to a broad range of client work, build strong technical and advisory skills, and be trusted with increasing responsibility as you progress.
Key responsibilities include:

Collaborate with Partners and team members to ensure client work is completed in a timely manner

Take lead in the preparation Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs
-
Prepare BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG for a variety of entities
-
Prepare and deliver annual workers compensation and payroll tax reconciliations
-
Be coached directly by an experienced Partner with an aim to manage a diverse portfolio of clients
-
Liaise with various statutory authorities on behalf of clients
-
Help provide an exceptional service to our clients

Participate in training seminars, team meetings and social events
What You Bring:
You are ambitious, eager to learn, and ready to take the next step in your career within a team that backs your growth. You bring:

2+ years’ experience in a Chartered Accounting Practice
-
CA qualification or currently undertaking CA studies
-
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field
-
Familiarity with practice management platforms like MYOB AE, HowNow, Active Ledger, Xero, and QuickBooks - or a strong aptitude for learning new systems

Strong communication, attention to detail, and organisational skills
-
A client-first mindset and commitment to delivering quality service

A long-term vision to grow into a leadership role and contribute meaningfully to the team
