The successful applicants will be qualified Systems Engineers who have:
Knowledge and practical experience in system engineering preferably in communications, aviation/aerospace or maritime/naval environment.
Knowledge and practical experience of products in radio communications and voice switching systems.
Knowledge and practical experience of engineering processes and tools.
An understanding of IP networks and protocols.
Structured approach to projects.
Advanced communications skills and including the ability to negotiate required outcomes to meet project objectives.
Foster and demonstrate personal accountability and commitment.
Foster and demonstrate personal agility by adapting flexibly to new situations, pursuing new paths, and learning from mistakes.
Drive team success through collaboration achieving results reliably, with broad perspective, initiative, pragmatism, and persistence.
Lead customer interactions.

Bachelor of Engineering qualifications in Electrical/Electronics or a relevant degree in Engineering, preferably majoring in Systems, Radio Frequency, Mechatronics, Electronics, Communications, or Aerospace
