A growing organisation within the manufacturing sector is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to support its supply chain and warehouse operations.
This role would suit someone with strong experience across inventory control, warehousing, stock accuracy, ERP systems and operational support. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory levels, coordinating stock movements, supporting warehouse processes and ensuring smooth day to day supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate stock movements across warehouses and 3PL partners
- Conduct cycle counts, stocktakes and inventory checks to maintain stock accuracy
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies between physical and system stock
- Process stock adjustments and maintain accurate ERP records
- Support inbound inventory movements, returns, obsolete stock and excess inventory
- Prepare inventory reports and identify trends or improvement opportunities
- Support audits, compliance requirements, document control and safety procedures
- Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth inventory flow
- Assist with ongoing process improvement across inventory and warehouse operations
About You
- Experience across logistics, warehousing or inventory control
- Experience within manufacturing
- Confident using ERP systems
- Strong understanding of stock accuracy, reconciliation and inventory reporting
- Intermediate Excel skills and confidence using Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills
- Sound understanding of safety, compliance and quality standards
- Professional, dependable and proactive, with strong time management skills
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work well with internal and external stakeholders
- Work well within a team as well as autonomously
