Hiring: Experienced Barista and Cafe All rounder with cafe experience (Full/ Part Time)
We are looking for a skilled, reliable Experienced Barista and All rounder to join our team in a fast-paced environment. This role is for a coffee professional who takes pride in quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coffee Excellence: Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages with speed and consistency.
- Customer Service: Provide warm, friendly, and efficient service while handling POS/cash transactions.
- Station Management: Maintain a clean coffee station and ensure all equipment is well-kept.
- Team Support: Support the team during busy peak periods to ensure smooth service.
Skills & Experience:
- The Experience: A minimum of 2 years of Barista experience is preferred.
- All rounder experience within cafe/ restaurant setting.
- The Schedule: Monday to Friday availability is a must.
- The Technical: Ability to make espresso-based coffee consistently under pressure.
- The Vibe: Reliable, punctual, and well-presented with a positive attitude.
- The Legal Bits: Valid Australian work authorisation is required.
