COTTI Coffee is excited to announce the opening of our new store at Westfield North Lakes, and we are looking for energetic, customer-focused Baristas to join our growing team.
We are especially looking for team members who are not only passionate about coffee, but also confident in customer service, product promotion, and sales. The ideal candidate enjoys talking to customers, recommending drinks, promoting current offers, and helping create a positive in-store experience that encourages repeat visits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, drinks, and other products to COTTI Coffee standards
- Provide friendly, engaging, and professional customer service
- Actively recommend products, promote specials, and support in-store sales
- Create a welcoming atmosphere and encourage repeat customers
- Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately
- Assist with daily store operations, restocking, and product displays
- Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and equipment standards
- Work closely with the team during busy periods to ensure smooth service
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales-oriented mindset with confidence in speaking to customers
- Friendly, outgoing, reliable, and positive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Good English communication skills
- Previous fast-food, café, retail, sales, or hospitality experience is preferred
- Barista experience is a plus, but not required — full training provided
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and busy periods
- Willingness to learn, grow, and represent the COTTI Coffee brand professionally
