Our manufacturing team are an essential part of turning raw materials into products ready for customers. We have a strong focus on team member safety, quality and continuous improvement whilst ensuring that customers' security of supply, quality, availability of product and value for money expectations are met. You'll work alongside a diverse group of individuals with different backgrounds, cultures, personalities, and beliefs, much like the communities we serve.
Based at our ready-made meals manufacturing facility in Banksmeadow, Sydney, this is an on-site role, five days per week. As our Procurement Specialist, you’ll take ownership of materials planning across ingredients, packaging and consumables, making sure the right stock is available at the right time to support production. You’ll work closely with procurement, planning, warehouse, finance and suppliers to manage forecasts, purchase orders, stock levels and inventory, while identifying opportunities to improve how we plan and manage materials.
About you and your skills

Proven materials planning experience is essential, with a strong understanding of forecasting, stock requirements and replenishment.

Experience managing purchase orders, inventory levels, safety stock and reorder points.

Confident working with suppliers and internal teams to resolve supply issues and keep materials flowing.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn stock and demand information into practical decisions.

Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to solving problems.

Well organised, with the ability to manage changing priorities and follow work through accurately and on time.

Manufacturing experience is welcome but not required - strong materials planning capability is what matters most.
