Habitat Housing is a boutique residential design studio based in Concord, Sydney. We specialise in high-end, bespoke homes, guiding every project from initial concept through to council approval, construction documentation, and site delivery. The Opportunity
We are looking for an ambitious Architect to join our growing studio. This role is a true end-to-end opportunity where you will gain comprehensive exposure across design development, documentation, and consultant coordination.

What You'll Be Doing
- Contributing to concept design — developing ideas, exploring options and creating briefs alongside our Director
- Producing and coordinating Revit documentation across DA, CDC and construction stage
- Attending site visits to understand how design translates into built reality
- Attending and contributing to client meetings across all project stage
- Producing renders and visualisations to communicate design ideas to client
- Coordinating with consultants and suppliers as projects move through delivery
What We're Looking For
- Architecture degree (completed or nearing completion)
- 2–4 years of residential experience
- Comfortable in Revit and keen to develop further
- An eye for design and genuine interest in materiality and detail
- Experience with rendering software or a keenness to develop it
- Adobe Suite proficiency
- Collaborative, curious and motivated to grow
