Coats Group is seeking an organised, customer-focused Reservations Coordinator to support reservations across our premium hospitality venues, including Penelope Bistro, IL MOLO Italian Kitchen & Bar, and MAYA Mexican.

About the Role
As our Reservations Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our guests. You'll manage bookings, respond to enquiries, coordinate large group reservations, and work closely with our venue teams to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless experience from enquiry through to arrival.
This position located in our offices and may require some flexible hours, including some evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reservations across multiple venues using online reservation platforms.
- Respond promptly to phone, email and online booking enquiries.
- Coordinate large group bookings and special requests.
- Liaise with Venue Managers to maximise seating capacity and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor reservation trends and assist in optimising service periods.
- Maintain accurate guest information and booking notes.
- Deliver outstanding customer service at every guest interaction.
- Assist with administrative tasks relating to reservations and events.
About You
You'll be someone who:
- Has previous experience in hospitality, reservations or customer service.
- Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Has exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Can multitask while maintaining accuracy.
- Is confident using computers and booking systems.
- Has a friendly, professional and positive attitude.
- Is available to work a flexible roster.
Experience with reservation platforms such as SevenRooms, OpenTable or similar systems is highly regarded but not essential.
